Jean Saint Louis
President and Chief Security Officer
Mr. Saint Louis is the President and Chief Security Officer for the Saint Management Group. Jean is a 29-year veteran of the US Army with a history of producing remarkable accomplishments for the military and national security initiatives.
Over his tenure, he was consistently selected for demanding, complex, high-risk assignments and possesses an exceptional breadth of skills encompassing leadership, project/budget management, training, personnel development, anti-terrorism/counter insurgency operations and risk management.
He began his career with the US Department of Defense where he was assigned to various federal agencies and task forces to provide special operations security, support and intelligence. As Chief Intelligence Noncommissioned Officer (NCOIC) in the middle east Jean identified targeting and disrupting procedures and recommended guard force countermeasures, as well as assisted in overseeing counterinsurgency operations.
While he was Military Liaison Group Commander in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, he was responsible for planning, administrating and executing the Traditional Commander in Chief Activities (TCA) program for Haiti. He was then detached from the Pentagon to the FBI’s Miami Office as a Senior Intelligence Operator accountable for conducting National Security Investigations related to Terrorism Crimes around the world. Jean also Served as the Force Protection Noncommissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) in Amman, Jordan for the United States Joint Special Operation Command, Anti-terrorism/Force Protection, Physical Security.
During his military duty, he performed Personal Protection Details and Intel work for US Southern Command Deputy Commander; Secretary of State; Secretary of the Defense; as well as local and federally elected officials.
After his full-time enlisted service, Jean Saint Louis worked as a Deputy Sheriff for Polk County Sheriff’s Office for two years conducting criminal investigations, stings, and undercover narcotic operations. Over the next five years, Mr. Saint Louis was a Police Detective with the Biscayne Park Police Department working with the Gang Taskforce. Jean was also a federal Police Sergeant and acting police commander directly to police chief. Since 2007, Mr. Saint Louis has been working with the Miami Gardens Police Department as a Task Force Officer and Detective working on homeland security investigations and money laundering task forces.
Jean has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Management from Union Institute University and a Master of Public Administration Degree (MPA) from Barry University.
